Why Use a Dish Rating App Instead of Restaurant Reviews?
Restaurant ratings tell you nothing about specific dishes. We built the only food rating app focused on what you actually ate, not just where you ate it.
The Problem with Restaurant Reviews
Restaurant ratings tell you nothing about specific dishes. A 4-star restaurant can have terrible pasta and amazing pizza. Traditional food rating apps like Yelp focus on the venue, not what you actually ate.
Your camera roll is full of food photos, but good luck finding that incredible ramen from 6 months ago. Instagram is for sharing, not for building your personal food database.
The Savor Difference
Track dishes, not restaurants. Build your personal food database with ratings for every dish you eat. Your restaurant diary remembers the carbonara in Rome, the ramen in Tokyo, and which taco truck has the best al pastor.
Search by dish name, cuisine type, location, or your score. Finally answer "where did I have that amazing pad thai?" with actual data, not fuzzy memories.
Real Ways People Use Their Food Rating App
"I rate dishes everywhere I travel." Track dishes across 50+ countries, never forget which cities had the best food.
"I compare versions of the same dish." Rate dishes from 10 different ramen spots, crown the winner with data.
"I build lists of must-try dishes." Create a personal food memory database of dishes to revisit or avoid forever.
"I settle food debates with friends." Use your restaurant diary as proof: "I've tried 47 tacos, this is the best."

My Story
I've been obsessed with food my entire life. But I kept forgetting the best meals I'd ever eaten. You know when a friend asks "what was that incredible ramen place in London?" and your mind goes blank? That drove me crazy.
After years of losing food photos in my camera roll and having debates about which city had better pizza with zero data to back it up, I said enough.
The breaking point came at a tiny trattoria in Rome. I couldn't compare their carbonara to one I'd had in New York years earlier. I realized I needed a better system.
So I built one. First just for me, a simple way to snap, rate, and actually remember every dish. When some of my friends asked to use it too, I realized I wasn't alone in this problem.
Now I'm sharing Savor with anyone who's ever had that same frustration. I'm building the food rating app I wished existed when I was in that Roman trattoria 10 years ago. Your restaurant diary starts here.
Because if you can't tell someone exactly why last Tuesday's tacos were better than Austin's, are you even a real foodie?
